Therapeutic Horsemanship

Learn about horse care, behavior, and riding skills in a safe and, if needed, modified way. Therapeutic horsemanship focuses on individuals’ social/emotional, physical, and cognitive health and goals.

The natural environment of our stables and beautiful outdoor setting provides a therapeutic atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. Being around horses and engaging in outdoor activities can promote relaxation, stress reduction, and an overall sense of well-being.

Participating in our therapeutic horsemanship programs provides opportunities for individuals to socialize and connect with others who share similar experiences. It can help reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness while fostering a sense of community and belonging.
